Oggi pomeriggio (ora Americana, a mercati chiusi in USA) Synaptics ha depositato un Form 8-K nel quale comunica di aver terminato il programma di riacquisto di azioni proprie per 80,000,000$ autorizzato nell’Aprile 2007. Nel Form si legge altresí:

“…With the completion of this repurchase program, the board of directors has authorized a new repurchase program covering the repurchase of up to an additional $80 million of common stock from time to time in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, and otherwise. The number of shares purchased and the timing of purchases will be based on the level of cash balances, general business and market conditions, and other factors, including alternative investment opportunities…”
